Tea Time

We celebrated Isabelle's 6th birthday with a tea soriee (that's a fancy word for party) for her and her friends. It was sooo adorable. All the little girls came dressed in their fanciest tea party dresses and had a great time eating lunch and playing together. This was one of the best parties that I have given my girls. I have come to love all of Iza's little friends so much. It brought me so much joy seeing them together and enjoying the day.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABELLE!
The fancy cup cakesFancy tea party goody bagsThe girls had their lunch and "tea" on real tea china. Compliments of Brent's mom. I don't think these cups and plates have been used in decades. It was about time they came out of storage and put to good use. I made sure to teach the girls how important it is to drink your tea with the pinkie sticking out. The girls got to visit the makeup table to get themselves all pretty for the party. My new preschool classroom made the perfect setting for this party. They played in the castle every chance they got. (we haven't painted it to look like a castle yet but when it is done it will look amazing.)Tea Time!Pinkies up!Craft time! It's always a good idea to make pretty jewelry at a party. I hope my little Isabelle knows how blessed she is to have such amazing friends. It has taken me my whole life to build friendships as strong as she has in her 6 short years. She's 6
